Update GettingStarted - Android.tid and Saving on Android.tid

It's me again here to update some pages about Tiddloid, because there're some difference between version 1.x and newly published 2.0. Waiting for your response sincerely.

Uh..Could you wait me for a while before merging this? I'm busy publishing Tiddloid to F-Droid, and I'll add a link to the tiddlers if succeed.

Fine. The F-Droid page is now accessable, although having some mistakes.

@Jermolene ... IMO this page should be merged, even if it targets the "master" branch.
