Add document restore

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add the ability to restore a deleted document.

Describe the solution you'd like The delete doesn't remove the audit, so the audit can be used to restore. Create a page that either allows the user to enter the unique identifier for the document or browse uids for documents that are deleted. When they select a uid, the audit records can be displayed. They can then select a version and restore it (load the document from the audit then call insert on the context).
