Usb C not included in bom file
Hi! I'm lookig to modify this design a bit then get it printed, but while i was looking at the reference cpl and bom files i noticed that the usb c port is not included in the bom one.
What's the reason for this? Is there a smd-soldering limitation from jlcpcb? Or is it simply designed to be hand soldered?
If there's no limitation i see they have the exact TYPE-C-31-M-12 in stock so i believe just adding it to the bom file with the required attributes should be enough.
The last time I asked them to assemble that they didn't, but they are known to sometimes miss the USB port.
I remember I was tempted to swap that out for a USBC breakout board... but if they'll attach that port the GREAT...
I find hand-soldering it -- difficult, even the one meant for that.

Alright, got it. In that case I'll send it to get assembled with the usb port and I'll update after the boards come to see how it goes.
