Stats messing up

i clicked away from the window. then when came back to it this happened, with all of the pokemon in my party. i tried to lower the stats back to where they are supposed to be manually but some of the stats it wont let me bring below a 14.

You have most likely accidentally added a Global Ability Scores to your Pokemon through the Trainer section. Open it up and go to Ability Scores and put them all down to 0.

That score isn't the score your trainer have but the score your trainer influences your Pokemon with. If your Trainer have gotten a magical ring that applies +1 DEX to all your Pokemon then you can add a +1 there.
