Network - Optional password to connect

As a host of a server, I can optionally specify a password required for players to connect.

As a member joining a server, when typing in server info (IP / port), I can specify the password. If I put in the wrong password (or provide one when none is required), the server will not accept my connection (similar to how version mismatches are handled).

"Connect to nearby host" button should show a lock icon on the button to connect if a password is required, and prompt for password when you tap the button prior to connecting. If no password is required, no special handling is needed.
