Bug: On some phones, after changing away from and then back to the app, input stops working

My hypothesis is that her phone is in low power mode, or she's going to some hefty other apps. I think this would cause the phone to suspend the Pokemon app, and when it unsuspends it might have an issue somewhere. I don't know how to reproduce that though, or force an app to suspend (especially in the Windows debug version).

Nor do I really know is suspending is even a real thing or just something I made up.
