External changes won't appled to `Preview`

Issue:

• Open two instance of OutWiker
• Open the same note in both
• Set instance #1 to "Preview" mode
• Change note's content in instance #2
• Instance #1 will reflect the fact that note has been changed and will offer options to "Load" or "Overwrite" changes. In case of Load, Instance #1 applies changes made in instance#2, but don't recompile automatically "Preview", so visual representation doesn't show any changes and one have to switch to WiKi mode and click again to "Preview" to trigger preview recompilation

Expectation:
In case of action Load, - recompilation of Preview/HTML should be triggered automatically.
