Changed repo to SOGo v3
SOGo 3 is not yet feature complete and fully matured, so providing SOGo 3 as the only option seems out of scope for now.
I'll release a new Dockerfile and image within the next days though, which includes both images for SOGo 2 and SOGo 3 and is rebuilt to match Docker best practices.

Seems so:

A lot of bug fixes. :-)
They're especially missing some features. Printing is not implemented for most views, and some other minor stuff is also still missing. But it's not that bad as you can still use both versions in parallel on the same database.
Will this be implemented ?
It will at some point in time, but simply changing to v3 is not sufficient any more (Inverse does not provide packages without subscription for the release channels since about a year; but the Docker image might well go for the (rather stable) development channel or build SOGo releases from scratch. No matter what I will do, it involves deeper and more involved changes than just adjusting the repository URI.
