Add "move to folder" menu

Relying only on mouse drag and drop for moving chats into folders gets cumbersome very quickly

I suggest adding a "move to folder..." option in the context menu when right clicking on a chat (or selected chats #988 ) where we can select which folder to move the selected chat/s to
