Missing alpaca Icon in top bar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I don't know if this is only me because I'm using old gnome-shell 40.10 (on RHEL 9.6) but I miss an Alpaca icon in the top bar where to minimize and always find the application when needed.

Describe the solution you'd like

Put an Alpaca icon in the gnome-shell top bar with this behavior:

  • when one closes the Alpaca window, the application still runs but the icon is still there
  • to close the Alpaca app one has to go to the icon, a drop down appear and one has to choose "Quit"
  • from the Alpaca icon drop down, one can directly open main window, quick ask, live chat, etc etc

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've not considered any alternative yet.

Hi thanks for the suggestion, GTK4 apps normally don't use tray icons, Gnome doesn't support them either without an extension so I'm not sure if I want to do this.

If it's easy and won't over complicate the launch code I'll try to add it
