Please allow for modifying models after creation
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Once you create a model, you can't change the details of the model. For instance, if you have a model that requires copying loads of data from different sources and decide you'll come back to it later, you can't - because there's no way to edit the model's parameters.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be helpful to be able to edit a model after it is created, change the name, photo, or description, and maybe change the basis of the model (like from Deepseek to Llama3 for example).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Copying the description from one model to another, but this doesn't seem to be possible.

you can change the profile picture, Ollama doesn't allow modifying models so I just recommend making a child from the existing model when you want to modify something
