Add chat folders for organization

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there is no way to organize chats, and the chat list becomes very hard to navigate

Describe the solution you'd like 1- When folders are implemented, selecting a folder and then creating a new chat, the chat should be made inside the selected folder, or no folder if no folder was selected prior to creating a new chat.

2- Also perhaps having the ability to drag and drop chats between folders
