Feature Request: Add Local Voice Mode to Alpaca using Whisper

Please integrate a local voice mode into Alpaca using the Whisper speech recognition system (https://github.com/openai/whisper). This would allow users to interact with Alpaca via voice commands, with all processing done locally on the device for enhanced privacy and offline functionality.
