Reasoning process seems still missing

#1039 is already closed, so created a new one. Sorry if it is not desirable.

I am using 8.4.2 Flatpak version, as following screenshot, the tag is not recognized and outputted as normal answer.

hi, are you using Ollama? if so, is it updated?

Alpaca now uses the new API to get the thought process of models instead of the old <think></think> way.
