Updated to support Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Tweaked the VagrantFile to fetch the official Ubuntu 14.04 LTS box, and removed the code in the shell script to add the ppa:ondrej/php5 repo, as 14.04 ships with PHP 5.5 in the default packages.
