Add support for model(s): DR-HSH006S

Include all of the following:

• Model - in the format used in the README.MD: DR-HSH006S
• Number of speeds the fan supports (not including "off"):
  • 1 in FAN mode (not modifiable)
  • 3 heating level H1/H2/H3 in HEAT mode
  • 1 in ECO mode (not modifiable)
• Does the fan support oscillating? No
• What preset modes are supported? I don't know. See speeds of fan for detailed modes.
• Is temperature supported? Yes in ECO mode (°C in France)
