Vertical Angle starts at 0 instead of -15 for ‎DR-HAF003S

There is a small mistake with the ‎DR-HAF003S. It can point downwards (up to -15 deg) but the interval for the vertical angle of the integration is from 0 to 90 instead of from -15 to 90.
