Is there any chance to have a USA dsiware run on a JPN console? I installed Shantae: Risky's Revenge on my cfw and all of its texts is missing. It'll be nice to be able to patch the title in TMFH to force it to use USA region.

I think that depends on your console's language in the system settings. I found a thread on GBATemp that says Risky's Revenge does not have a Japanese translation, so you'll have to set it to english or another supported language. https://gbatemp.net/threads/shantae-riskys-revenge-does-not-work-on-a-jpn-dsi.541178/
