Doesn't add titles to the DSI menu (am I doing something wrong?)

Any .nds file I try to install doesn't wind up on the home menu. I'm pretty sure this is my own error, and I don't know where else to ask for help. I apologize.

No. That's another thing I'm trying to figure out.

This app won't do anything without HiyaCFW. Follow the DSi Hacking Guide https://dsi.cfw.guide/ and continue all the way to the end. I think many people stop after they install Twilight Menu, and they never install HiyaCFW.
