Content Migrator - showing there are changes in child items when no child items present

Hello,

I am using version 1.7.0 with Sitecore 9.1.

Content Migrator is showing there are changes in child items when the item does not have any child items. This is happening only on some items not all.

Even after copying over the item using a package sidekick is showing that there are child items with changes.
