multipart is not included in the list if there is not a part A on the board

I got a comment from my fab that a certain optocoupler was not included in the BOM. After carefully checking, it seems the part does not show up in bomsaway if it is a multipart AND there is no part A used on the board. In my case it was not obvious as there were more parts with the same values.

the bug is on line 217 in kicad_helpers.py but as i'm not fluent in oo, i have no clue how to add a OR to the rule there
