Timestamps are off by 19 hours

It seems that the time zone on the server is set to GMT/London time. Meaning that my just posted link at 7pm says that it was posted 19 hours ago.

That's odd, the config on the heroku server says TZ: Australia/Sydney

... which should have taken care of that. I'll look into it.

Same issue here...has it been resolved in the last 4 years? The minute I post a link or blog post, it says posted 21 hours ago. It's causing issues with Next Meetup as well.

I think it's being caused by the moment library. I have a comment posted a day ago that says "a few seconds ago". So the timing errors are going both ways.
