Fixed issue where onMenuScrollToBottom was not fired when the scrollbar is mouse-dragged to the bottom

Fixed a bug where onMenuScrollToBottom isn't called when the scrolling is performed by dragging the scrollbar to the bottom using a mouse-drag.
