Better packaging of prebuilt binaries

The packaging was very much thrown together. I'd like to change some things to make it better.

The DSFML static stuff was in the same directory as the DSFMLC stuff. I think that I should separate the two.

Should I have two versions? One with just the DSFMLC libs and one that has the static libs and DSFMLC libs? I'm leaning towards this.

Also thinking of having the D libs built with a few different compiler versions.
