eva_clip folder does not have create_model_and_transforms.py file

Sorry to bother, but in the usage guidance in eva-clip, there is a line: "from eva_clip import create_model_and_transforms, get_tokenizer". However, I could not find such a file in the folder....

Every time I try to run _pip install -r requirements.txt_, where would be a mistake _AssertionError: Unable to pre-compile sparse_attn_, even when I download and install the triton compiled windows...
