Cant find device IP

I’m trying to downgrade from 3.16 to 3.11. Followed all the Manual install instructions. Everything is going well expect the restore command. I’m able to connect via ssh over 10.11.99.1 and also an alias, though executing ./codexctl restore is asking the IP address of the device and is failing to connect on 10.11.99.1. @Eeems Thanks for pointing out ;) Aside from this, do you have any idea why the restore command doesnt find the device while I can connect with ssh to that same ip?
