New data science project
New data science project folder. Create a new issue with the project nameand in that explain your data science project(which is basically your folder name).
If there is a project in this repo and you want to add different one you will add that project in a different folder with separate read me file.

@vaishnavi-1 as many as you want. It is data science mashup..... the name says it all. and readme file is optional it is the part of the documentation. If you are creating that it will be considered as documentation otherwise I will create those anyways.

@gargnityansh you just need to participate in dwoc as this project is part of that event (if you want to win any swag) otherwise it is an open-source project so every contribution is valuable and equally important.

I am a participant of dwoc though and found this project through their website. As I am newbie in data science I would love to contribute in this repo, please assign this issue to me also.

I am removing everyone from this issue for now.
Do one thing instead,
make a separate issue or issues based on what do you want to contribute then I will assign the levels and other tags based on that particular issue and according to pull request.
