Can't Connect To Kitsu

Steps to reproduce

Option A (Logging in to Kitsu)

1. Settings > Tracking > Kitsu
2. Try logging in to Kitsu
3. Error

Option B (Add Kitsu as a tracker)

1. Library > (any manga in library) > Tracking
2. Add tracking for Kitsu
3. Error

Expected behavior

• Log in to Kitsu
• Seearch for manga/manhwa title to add tracking
• Add/update Kitsu list from TachiyomiJ2K

Actual behavior

Kitsu syncing in the app no longer works due to references to kitsu.io rather than the new domain, kitsu.app. Changes were just made in the Kitsu repo: in this commit
