Cancel migration for less or equal chapters automatically

Describe your suggested feature

Migrating can be a chore when trying to find the most up-to-date source for each manga. I would love to see an option to automatically remove mangas from migration when there are only sources with equal or less chapters found. Intended for migrating with select source with highest amount of chapters option enabled.
