Extensions installed from 3rd party repositories not showing up on Browse

Steps to reproduce

1. Add 3rd party extension repository (e.g. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/keiyoushi/extensions/repo/index.min.json)
2. Install any extension (e.g. MangaDex)
3. Wait for download, then install

Expected behavior

MangaDex show up as source in Browse, and install button in Extensions page changed into "Installed"

Actual behavior

• Nothing showed up in Browse
• Install button of installed extension changed into "Installed", but when Extensions page closed and reopened, it changed back to "Install"

Other details

The problem is that after extension is installed, it needs to be trusted. I cannot find the installed extension in Extensions page, so I cannot press its Trust button. Here are the steps to make Trust button appear :

1. Remove extension repository url you install your extensions from
2. Force close TachiyomiJ2K
3. Reopen, then open Extensions page
4. Untrusted extension should show up, and you can press the Trust button

I encountered similar issue, but I resolved it by force-stopping the app and opening it again. Once done, newly installed extensions appear in the list, and you just have to mark them as trusted. PS: Don't recommend solution in screenshot (the one in Chinese), I tried it and it cleared all my downloads.
