[Feature Request] Flag Manga with refresh error's

Describe your suggested feature

I have a lot of mange in my library, and for some reason if it gets removed from a source or the source goes unavailable there's no way to check unless you read the log of everything that didn't update. It would be nice to mark series that encounter such errors, ones that get 404 errors because they were removed from a source or the source is unreachable for whatever reason, so it could people know which series needs to be migrated to a newer source.

below is an example of a source that I didn't know had new chapters on because the source no longer updated.
