button "PS" Don't work after i use the program

after i use DS4Windows the button "Ps" don't worked, i already try did the reset but nothing happened, so now my PS4 don't connect with the dualshock 4

not possible that DS4Windows app would physically brake a button on the gamepad or prevent it from being re-paired with PS4
