and if you are using the newer DS4Windows/Ryochan7 3.x version then do not post questions in this forum, because this forum is for the old DS4Windows/Jay2Kings 1.x version only. None of the developers follow this forum anymore.

However, if you do use the old DS4Windows/Jay2Kings 1.x version with ScVBus virtual gamepad driver then you should post questions here but don't expect anyone to reply.

Confusing? Of course it is. Why several apps with the same name? All these DS4Windows versions are a result of evolution and built on top of each other. Along the way some forks and versions have been abandoned and others developed further. You are free to choose which version you use, but as of writing this DS4Windows/Ryochan7 is probably the most actively maintained version of DS4Windows app.
