Controller stops working after checking "Hide DS4 Controller"

Buttons do nothing and even the led is off

I have the most updated DS4 and I did the same thing. I hit Hide DS4 Controller, thinking it would hide DS4 (not the controller itself) and I can't get my PC to even recognize my controller anymore what do I do?

I finally figured it out. From right to left do the following:

1.Plug controller in until it shows up in your devices (The LED will be off just watch the devices should take 5-10 seconds) 2.Click on controller, should open up controller properties (might have to right click i dont remember) 3. Click on the HID-Compliant game controller 4. If you see the notice that says that device is disabled, hit properties and then enable it back on again.

You should see your controller LED light back up!
