CANT CONNECT MY DUALSHOCK BACK TO PS4

After I Install the program and play some games I tried to turn my ps4 on and it stopped working on it, even after I reset de dualshock and turn off the bluetooth from my PC. I still cant reconnect with the ps4 cause every time I press the PS bottom the dualshock tries to connect whit my PC. I think uninstalling the software and drivers would work, but the are no option to it. Can anyone help me?
