Where is the latest build?

I was running 2.1.23 but see that the latest build available on here is Version 1.4.52 from 4 years ago. Are updates only available through the app itself auto updating?

No I didn't see that this is the deprecated version that is still floating around on GH using a different URL than the presently active version HERE.
