Updated the file to work with the current INE website.

• Added the option to download all courses listed under "Learning Paths" (download option 5)
• Added the option to queue up multiple learning path downloads (download option 6 (iterates through download option 5))
• Disabled / removed the "Siterip" option due to many errors. Temporary workaround to still download everything is to pick the "download from range" option and set the range from 0 to "last number in the course list range".
• Removed the generic course download progress bars as they were messing up the terminal overview.
• Added simple video progress bars for download time estimates

There is still much optimalization things to make and errors to fix, but at this point it does what i want it to do, so I cba to put more time in it.

Mate, this repo is totally dead (as can be seen in the number of issues). Sad you had to update it a lot.
