Add updated code

This is a long overdue update. Needed this last year or so - figured I might as well update it.

• Include post type in output.
• Simplify format function.
• Better Post Type matching.
• Some QoL for developers.
• Better RegEx for matching.
• Add unit testing
• Add PHPcs
