I'm using odoo v.12, ireport designer 5.6.0, java-jdk (1.7.0_80), after I generate a jrxml report and result is a PDF file, with a size of 0 bytes and when I open it using a PDF reader, a warning appears: "We can't open this files. Something went wrong."

can anyone help me? Thanks

Hi @baim

Please check the odoo server logs for any warnings/errors while printing the report.
