Include argon2d1000

I don't want to add algos that may be orphaned so I have to see some future potential. The algo only supports one coin and is unlikely to be used by any other. The only pool currently has no miners. The mining software recommended by the pool doesn't support argon2d-1000. I don't see this becoming a significant algo. I suggest creating your own miner for your coin.

cpuminer-opt-25.6 is released with support for argon2d1000.
