Mods buttons do not appear

I cannot get a custom button to appear in HerosMod despite the debug saying they were added & getting no errors.

Older mods that implement a HerosMod button do not show up in-game either. For example, DisableCorruptionSpread, ItemControl, NPCControl. Debug states they are added with no errors as well.

UI scaling causes extension buttons not to appear & makes Hero Bar minimized tab inaccessible when the UI scaling is above 100%. Set UI scale to default 100% until scaling is addressed with Heros.
