[Request] Don't format text between colons (::) as emotes by default

More often than not, this feature converts stuff to emotes that weren't meant to be (in my experience). There's even a /help entry that has the same issue (the one for /best).

I feel like a better way of doing this would be to show an emote autocomplete type list above the text box, and only convert text to emotes when the user clicks it or presses enter, kind of like Discord already does.
