[SUGGESTION] Highlight usernames for everyone, add notifications for being mentioned

Right now, @mentioning someone will only highlight the name for that person. It would more in line with expectations from other platforms to highlight it (perhaps less intensly, a simple bolding or a light shade would be enough).

Additionally, it would be nice to receive notifications when menioned, perhaps with a link allowing to jump to that point in the conversation.
