[ISSUE] Volume defaults at 100% in the web player and that's dangerous!

I almost blew up my Ovator speakers (expensive!) because of this.

The volume defaults at 100%. I think you better fix this and keep this slider low.

My speakers, amplifier and neighbours didn't like this and my left ear is still upset. :(

Everytime I come back to this room/page the volume is back at 100%. Please default it to 0% or better yet, sync it with the volume in Spotify.

I've noticed that the slider is at the top, but the actual volume being produced byJQBX is not 100%. I have to manually click on it once for it to tell JQBX to set it to 100%.
