​no or negative effect for battery life on win11 24h2

It seems that running energy starX might not be helpful or even bad for battery life on win11 24h2 latest version. I checked battery life estimation on windows and battery output watts on hwinfo and both indicate my conclusion. I hope this will be updated soon. This is a nice tool.

Reproduction steps / 复现步骤

1. install win11 24h2 26100.2033
2. run energy star X and test the battery life

tested on a R9 7940HS, W11 LTSC 24H2, CPU limit to 10-15W, this one feels so placebo for some reason, or the impact is so minimal I cant even see it

if anyone have testings and results on this please give out 😭
