Video Freezing on Merged MKV - Not sure if authoring or playback issue

I was having this issue while merging several videos last night.

Update needed for new windows version 20H2

Just updated to 20H2 today. Can confirm.

Pressing (accidentally) 1, 2, ... 9 will move link to another location ruining current play

You can change this yourself in the zelda3.ini by changing this line: `LoadRef = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,-,=,Backspace` To something like this: `LoadRef = Shift+1,Shift+2,Shift+3,Shift+4,Shift+5,Shift+6,Shift+7,Shift+8,Shift+9,Shift+0,Shift+-,Shift+=,Shift+Backspace` But you make a good point.
