License File Missing from Source Distribution

On pypi, 0.0.2.28 and 0.0.2.29 have the license file included in the source distribution, but 0.0.2.30 does not include it. I'm having trouble tracking down what changed. Any ideas? It's breaking the conda-forge release since the recipe expects it.
