Grouped Extensions Not Turning On

I have all of my Extensions organized into groups so that I can easily turn multiple extensions on & off quickly. However, this feature does not appear to work when trying to turn a Group of Extensions ON / Enable. It only works to turn a Group of Extensions OFF / Disable.

How can I get this working?

Yes, I've made sure to have those settings turned On, which is why I'm surprised this feature isn't working correctly.

I’m sorry, but I couldn’t reproduce this issue. You might want to check if it conflicts with any other rules.
