Support the input field: repo

Hey 👋

As part of our issueOps process, we would need to create issues in other repositories, it would be great if you could support two new inputs:

repo: org/repo format which is destination repository for the issue Token: The PAT which has access to the above repo

We love this action at GitHub, but need a way to create issues in not just the workflow source repo 🙇
