work with github actions?

I don't know much about this codebase and have not contributed to this project, but I would guess that it does not currently work with GitHub Actions. I took a peek around the codebase and see a providers directory which includes implementations for Travis and Circle.

My hunch would be that one could add GitHub Actions support by writing a new provider for it there, but again this is just a guess.
